Yes, you can visit our brand new pop up display in Melbourne at 567 North Road, Ormond.

What are your opening hours?

Our pop up display is open 7 days:

Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm

Saturday - Sunday: 10am-4pm

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia wide, directly to your door. For international shipping options, please contact us.

What warranty do you offer?

All lighting products supplied by Home of Lights Australia include a minimum 24 month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover any costs associated with electrical contractor services. For full warranty information please refer to our policy

Ordering
Can I order over the phone?

Yes, we’re happy to assist you and process your order over the phone. Please have the following details ready:

  • Email address

  • Billing address

  • Delivery address

  • Phone number

  • Card details for payment
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. You can also choose Bank Transfer, and we’ll provide a Proforma invoice with our bank details. AfterPay and PayPal are also available for your convenience

Can I cancel my order?

At Home of Lights, we are committed to providing a positive purchasing experience. You can cancel your order within 24 hours,  provided production and shipping have not begun. Please review our returns policy carefully before placing your order and contact our customer service team via our contact form to process any cancellation.

Do you offer a trade discount for interior designers and builders?

Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is received. Transit times depend on your location:

VIC: 1-2 Business days

NSW: 1-3 Business days

ACT & SA: 1-4 Business days

QLD: 2-4 Business days

WA & NT: 5-8 Business days

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect your order from our pop up location, 567 North Road Ormond.  Pick up is currently not available on our website so please contact our team to organise

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices vary based on product size:

Lamps: $15

Pendants: $25

Large/ Linear Pendants: $35

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

We use a courier service rather than Australia Post.  Due to this, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

What happens if I am not home to receive my order?

 If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place if it is safe to do so.

If a safe place is not available, your tracking link will be updated with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from the local depot.

Returns and Refunds
Can I return my order?

It’s important to choose carefully, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections. We kindly encourage you to review all product specifications before placing your order to ensure the correct size, finish, and details are selected.

At Home of Lights, we source distinctive light fittings, with many pieces specially ordered from our suppliers rather than held in local Australian stock. Because of this, we’re unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind once your purchase has been made.
