Change of Mind and Ordering Errors
We do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect items ordered.
Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:

Made to order or custom items
Any amendments to an order must be requested and approved within 48 hours of order confirmation and payment.
Stocked Items, Limited Exceptions
In select circumstances, we may approve returns for stocked items subject to the following conditions:

A 30% restocking fee applies. The remaining 70% will be issued as a store credit for future purchases only.

Items must be returned in original packaging, in unused and undamaged condition.

Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
