New Customers
New customers who sign up for the Home of Lights mailing list will receive a single-use free shipping code via email. This code can be applied to their first order with a minimum purchase of $500. The offer is valid for new customers only.
Made to Order

All made to order and custom items are manufactured specifically for your order.

Production will commence once full payment has been received.

Any changes for Made to Order items must be requested within 48 hours of order confirmation and are subject to approval. After this time, changes may not be possible.

Split Shipments
If your order contains both in stock and pre order items, we may hold the order and dispatch once all items are available. If you would like available items shipped earlier, please contact our team. Additional freight charges will apply.
Authority to Leave
Unless otherwise requested, orders may be left in a safe place at the delivery address. Once delivery has been completed, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and product size. Oversized or fragile items may require specialized freight services.
Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and product.

Change of Mind and Ordering Errors
We do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect items ordered.

Any amendments to an order must be requested and approved within 48 hours of order confirmation and payment.
Stocked Items, Limited Exceptions
In select circumstances, we may approve returns for stocked items subject to the following conditions:

A 30% restocking fee applies. The remaining 70% will be issued as a store credit for future purchases only.

Items must be returned in original packaging, in unused and undamaged condition.

Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
